Welcome to a brand-new school year鈥�. our year of 鈥渢飞别苍迟测-迟飞别苍迟测罢贬搁滨痴贰鈥�!

This edition of Chatter is short and sweet, setting the scene for what鈥檚 to come. For Term 1, Chatter will be published on Fridays of even weeks, starting next week, while whole school assemblies will take place on Fridays of odd weeks.

I hope you all have had a wonderful and restful break and are as excited as we are to begin this next chapter together. I鈥檇 like to take this opportunity to warmly welcome our new students, families, and staff to the RPS community鈥�. it鈥檚 a fantastic school to be a part of!

This year will be particularly eventful as we embark on major building works to improve our facilities and create an even better learning environment for our students. While there may be some temporary disruptions (and noise), we are confident that these upgrades will bring long-term benefits to our school community. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we navigate these changes (and challenges) together.

Despite the renovations, our focus remains on delivering high-quality education, fostering a strong sense of community, and ensuring that every student feels supported and valued. Our dedicated staff have been working hard to create a positive and engaging learning environment, and we look forward to a year filled with opportunities, achievements, and memorable experiences.

 

You-Tell-Us interviews

 

Before the end of the school day on Monday, you will receive details about our annual “You-Tell-Us” interviews, which will take place the following dates:

• February 10th
• February 11th
• February 12th

Once you receive the Compass alert, you will be able to book your individual interview time.

 

As always, we encourage open communication, collaboration, and a strong partnership between home and school to support every student鈥檚 success and well-being. For the latest updates and key dates, please check our website, read RPS Chatter, and keep an eye on Compass notifications. And if you’re ever in doubt, don鈥檛 hesitate to call the school directly.

We’ve had a fantastic start to the school year鈥攊t鈥檚 been wonderful seeing everyone back, hearing the laughter and excited voices of our students.

As we dive back into the swing of things, our office team is busy catching up on emails. We have experienced a high volume of emails over the holidays, but rest assured, we’re getting back to each and every one of you as soon as possible.

 

2025 Financial Contributions

 

The 2025 Financial Contributions will be accessible through Compass shortly, and we will inform all RPS families as soon as contributions can be made. If you have questions regarding the 2025 Financial Contributions, please contact the school office and ask for Andrea.

All school events will be uploaded to the News & Events page on our school website. Please reguarly check our school website to ensure you are up-to-date with all events.
